It's nice to read first-hand accounts from passionate entrepreneurs.  The book is kind of a cookbook with detailed instructional guidelines, yet it is mostly prose.  Somehow I got drool on my copy.

Cooking for many hours per day is not my calling, but I would love to be friends with these guys.
